Job summary

Cobalt Truck Equipment is seeking a Parts Specialist to support daily warehouse and parts operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will stock, manage inventory, fulfill orders, assist customers with parts identification, and provide product recommendations to drive commercial sales.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, safe forklift operation, and strong customer service to ensure timely order processing and satisfaction for our fleet and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience in parts/warehouse/auto environment preferred.
• Customer service or commercial sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred, or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in identifying and sourcing correct parts.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Track and follow up on open orders, backorders, and urgent requests.
• Communicate order status with internal teams.
• Process returns and RMAs in a timely manner.
• Pull, stage, and verify kits and parts for upcoming jobs.
• Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in systems.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to parts operations.
