Malin is seeking a motivated Parts Operations Coordinator for its Fort Worth operation. This hybrid role splits time between parts correspondence and shipping/receiving, supporting customers, service techs, Parts Sales Representatives, and internal teams.

The position requires strong customer service and organizational skills, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years in related roles preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years in parts, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn inventory and business systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Forklift operating experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage customer parts quotations.
• Support technicians with parts identification and order fulfillment.
• Process customer and internal parts orders.
• Monitor backorders and update status.
• Coordinate core returns.
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments.
• Verify packing slips and shipping docs.
• Process inventory receipts and organize stock.
• Pack outbound shipments and create labels.
• Coordinate freight shipments and process freight claims.
• Support inventory audits and 5S standards.
• Provide front counter coverage when needed.
