Job summary

Werts Welding & Tank Service is seeking a Parts Operations Associate to join our Illinois operations. You will pull, verify, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment, receive and stock incoming parts, and assist with inventory control.

Training available for forklift operations and product assembly. The role requires reliable attendance, attention to part numbers, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, verify, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Assist customers and sales team to ensure correct products are pulled and shipped.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with counts.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Keep parts/warehouse clean and safe.

Parts Operations Associate- Illinois Details

St Louis, Missouri

Duties Include -

What You’ll Do

• Accurately pull, verify, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts and inventory
• Learn to build hose assemblies to customer and company specifications
• Learn tank truck, tank trailer, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial parts
• Assist customers and our sales team by helping ensure the correct products are pulled and shipped
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Keep the parts and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Complete company-provided forklift training

Requirements -

• Work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening (THC is not allowed)
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to pass forklift training (provided)
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn and be trained in the tank trailer parts industry
