BW Papersystems, part of the Barry-Wehmiller Group, is seeking a Material Control Coordinator to ensure critical parts reach customers quickly, aiming for a 10-day delivery window. You will liaison between customer needs and our parts fulfillment, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining clear, calm communication.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating Microsoft Excel.
• Must have excellent people skills.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in customer relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Update Customer Service Representatives regularly on order progress and status to ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of parts for corrugated industry equipment, identifying when reordering is necessary.
• Process customer orders for parts from around the world, with the goal of fulfilling most orders within 10 days.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers to resolve problems quickly and keep all parties informed.
• Maintain detailed notes on order status in the inventory tracking system to ensure accurate information is always available.
• Check and respond to customer emails in a timely manner, participating in the rotation for managing the shared inbox.
• Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous demands and activities.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Stay informed about engineering or product changes that affect parts inventory and adjust ordering accordingly.
• Support customers with parts needs for equipment, including legacy systems that may be decades old, ensuring minimal downtime for their operations.
