Job summary

Exceptional Dental seeks a Powersports Parts Sales Associate who turns customer passion into sales. You will assist customers in selecting parts, accessories, and gear with expert advice and outstanding service.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge for motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft and snowmobiles; using LightSpeed to manage inventory; and supporting quotes, orders and deliveries. This onsite, full-time role offers competitive compensation plus benefits, paid time off, a 401k

Qualifications

• Passion for Powersports and extensive knowledge of various powersports vehicles, parts, accessories, and gear.
• Proven customer service experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, preferably LightSpeed or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to effectively manage inventory and process customer orders.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs to assist with moving and organizing parts and accessories.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with powersports industry trends, manufacturers, and aftermarket brands.
• Problem-solving skills to assist customers in finding suitable parts and accessories.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, understanding their powersports needs, and offering expert advice on parts, accessories, and gear.
• Assist customers in identifying the right products for their specific powersports vehicles, ensuring compatibility, functionality, and performance.
• Develop a deep understanding of the powersports parts and accessories inventory, including components for motorcycles, ATVs, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new products, and advancements in technology; demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
• Utilize inventory management systems such as LightSpeed to track, monitor, and manage inventory; assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries or installations; maintain accurate customer data.
• Build strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues; provide post-purchase support and installations or troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with merchandising to ensure displays are visually appealing and up-to-date; maintain a clean and organized parts area.
