The role requires building a capable team, managing inventory and pricing strategies, supervising the budget and P&L, and driving sales and customer satisfaction while aligning with company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of management experience in parts sales or trucking.
• Strong knowledge of computer inventory control systems.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-project prioritization.
• Licensed driver with ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate the Parts team.
• Manage department schedule, budget, evaluations, and inventory reports.
• Lead sales and warehousing teams in a fast-paced operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely parts.
• Track P&L, performance metrics, and cycle counts.
• Develop pricing strategies based on goals, volume, and loyalty.
• Oversee invoicing, inventory levels, and obsolescence.
• Build vendor and customer relationships to grow market share.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
