Great Western Trailer is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the Phoenix, AZ parts department. You will oversee purchasing, inventory control, vendor management, and customer support to ensure parts availability for service teams and walk-in customers.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong inventory control.
• Experience coordinating procurement and vendor relationships.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with inventory software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day parts operations including ordering and over-the-counter sales.
• Supervise and develop parts department staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate parts support for repairs and inquiries.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand and reduce excess stock.
• Build and manage vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Document parts transactions and inventory records.
• Coordinate with service to forecast parts needs and meet KPIs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
