Qualifications

• Five years of experience in automotive shop.
• One year of experience in parts counter sales, or an Associate's degree and 1 year in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Train parts department and warehouse staff.
• Organize and oversee employees' work and schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with policy.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information.
• Provide high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as needed.
• Replenish assigned inventory.
• Assist Outside Sales Reps with their orders.
• Ensure all internal requests are billed on service repair orders.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
