Midwest Peterbilt Group is seeking a Parts Manager in ONeill, NE to lead the Parts Department and drive inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and staff development. You will coordinate with Service, Body Shop, and Sales to ensure seamless parts availability and strong financial performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced truck parts environment.

Qualifications

• Education includes high school diploma or GED with direct Parts experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts and supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to assess departmental performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Parts Department staff.
• Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings and ongoing training and development.
• Address employee performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing procedures, and stock control.
• Manage counter sales, wholesale parts, and customer interactions.
• Develop pricing strategies and marketing promotions for parts.
• Monitor profitability, expenses, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Service and Body Shop to ensure parts availability.
