Join Our Growing Team: Parts Manager – Woodburn, Indiana

Rock Machinery is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Manager to support our expanding operations in Woodburn, Indiana. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers across Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky receive the exceptional service and support Rock Machinery is known for.

Founded in 2004, Rock Machinery is a trusted distributor of process equipment and parts for the aggregate, recycling, and mining industries. With our headquarters in Allenton, Wisconsin, and a branch office in Luck, Wisconsin, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and our team’s deep industry experience.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary inside contact for customers, providing fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Collaborate with the inside sales (Customer Support) team to handle quotes, process orders, and follow up on delivery timelines
• Receive, inspect, and manage inventory; recommend new stock based on customer needs
• Coordinate and occasionally assist with local deliveries
• Bring a positive, team-oriented approach to every task, helping build the success of our Woodburn branch

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and sales mindset — you care about helping people, not just moving parts
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams); experience with Sage50 or ERP systems is a plus, but we’ll train you
• Prior experience in parts, inventory, or inside sales (especially in aggregates, mining, or heavy equipment) is highly desirable
• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed — from inventory management to deliveries
