Job summary

Nucar Nissan of Keene is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts team in a high-volume dealership setting. The role offers opportunities to shape strategy, manage budgeting, and drive profitability while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate has extensive automotive parts experience, leadership and analytical skills, and a track record of improving department performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.
• 1 to 3 years of Dealership Supervisory/Management experience.
• Proven success operating within a high-volume dealership environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills paired with an analytical mindset.
• Previous automotive sales experience is highly helpful.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize profitability and efficiency.
