Job summary

Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro in Massachusetts is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our team. This customer-facing role focuses on accurately identifying and ordering automotive parts while delivering outstanding service to both retail customers and internal service departments.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a team-oriented mindset, and basic computer skills for parts lookup and order entry. Training and growth opportunities available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous parts experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills for parts lookup and order entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customers.
• Assist customers in identifying and ordering automotive parts.
• Communicate with service department regarding backorders and delays.
• Perform regular inventory tasks including weekly bin counts and cycle counts.
• Check in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle heavy parts and packages up to 50 lbs.
