Nucar Nissan of Keene is seeking an experienced, high-energy Parts Manager to lead a high-volume parts operation within a growing dealer group.

You will oversee strategic growth, budgeting, inventory management, and staff development while delivering outstanding customer service to retail and wholesale clients, positioning the department for continued profitability and growth in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years automotive parts-related experience.
• 1-3 years of Dealership Supervisory/Management experience.
• Experience operating in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Strong communication and managerial skills with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Forecast financial goals and departmental objectives, implementing driven strategies to meet them.
• Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Budgetary Control: Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize parts department profitability and efficiency.
• Operational Performance: Oversee inventory turns, minimize obsolescence, and rigorously control daily departmental operations.
• Customer Relations: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers to drive repeat and referral business.
