Hollingsworth in Savannah, GA is seeking an organized Parts Manager to oversee ordering, receiving, and distribution of collision repair parts, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely availability.

You will collaborate with estimators, technicians, vendors, and insurers, maintain records, and uphold safety and efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive or collision repair Parts Manager preferred.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and automotive parts.
• Experience with estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order and procure OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and remanufactured parts as required.
• Verify accuracy of parts on delivery against estimates and invoices; inspect for damage.
• Coordinate returns, credits, and warranty claims with vendors; maintain inventory records.
• Monitor repair schedules to ensure timely parts availability and minimize delays.
• Collaborate with estimators and technicians to identify parts needs; build vendor relationships.
• Track back-ordered parts and communicate delivery updates to the production team.
• Ensure proper documentation for all parts purchases, returns, and credits; follow procedures and keep area clean.

Hollingsworth is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our collision repair team. The Parts Manager plays a critical role in the repair process by ensuring the timely ordering, receiving, tracking, and distribution of parts needed to complete vehicle repairs efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with estimators, technicians, vendors, and insurance partners.

Responsibilities

• Order and procure OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and remanufactured parts as required.
• Verify accuracy of all parts received against estimates and invoices.
  Inspect incoming parts for damage and accuracy before distributing to technicians.
• Coordinate returns, credits, and warranty claims with vendors.

  Follow company procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive or collision repair Parts Manager preferred.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and automotive parts.
• Experience with estimating and management software (CCC ONE, Mitchell,Parts Trader, ProfitNet) is a plus.
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
