Job summary

Hollingsworth Auto Service Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our collision repair team at West Savannah. The role ensures timely ordering, receiving, tracking, and distribution of parts needed to complete vehicle repairs efficiently.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with estimators, technicians, vendors, and insurance partners.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive/collision parts management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of collision repair processes and automotive parts.
  • Experience with estimating/management software is a plus.
  • Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Order and procure OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and remanufactured parts as required.
  • Verify accuracy of parts received against estimates and invoices; inspect for damage and accuracy.
  • Coordinate returns, credits, and warranty claims with vendors; maintain inventory records.
  • Monitor repair schedules to ensure timely parts availability and minimize delays.
  • Work closely with estimators and technicians; build relationships with vendors.
  • Track back-ordered parts and communicate delivery updates to production team.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all parts purchases, returns, and credits.

  • Ensure proper documentation for all parts purchases, returns, and credits. Follow company procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an automotive or collision repair Parts Manager preferred.
  • Knowledge of collision repair processes and automotive parts.
  • Experience with estimating and management software (CCC ONE, Mitchell,Parts Trader, ProfitNet) is a plus.
  • Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
