Job summary

Central Power is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department at our Hutto, TX location, driving inventory control, supplier relations, and exceptional customer service.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff, coordinate with other managers to optimize workflow, and ensure policies are followed while pursuing cost-effective parts availability. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of parts experience (management preferred).
• Experience with heavy-duty diesel trucks/equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

We are looking for a Parts Manager to help support that mission.JOB SUMMARYThe Parts Manager is directly responsible for the management and/or supervision of the Parts Department in its entirety as it relates to the goals of the branch and Branch Manager. Compensation for this position includes a profit-sharing plan based on branch performance.
