Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department and ensure efficient, customer‑focused operations at the branch level. You will supervise staff, coordinate with HR and management, and drive KPI‑based improvements in pricing, inventory, and service delivery.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring Parts personnel, maintaining adequate staffing, and partnering with other departments to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 3+ years of parts experience (management preferred) with emphasis on heavy‑duty diesel trucks/equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and mentor Parts personnel.
• Maintain staff levels to support customer demand.
• Work with other managers to improve cross‑department workflow.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory to balance availability and obsolescence.
• Review financial statements to forecast and improve staffing.
• Support vendor negotiations for pricing and availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Parts Manager to help support that mission.JOB SUMMARYThe Parts Manager is directly responsible for the management and/or supervision of the Parts Department in its entirety as it relates to the goals of the branch and Branch Manager. Compensation for this position includes a profit-sharing plan based on branch performance.
