The Position

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Parts Manager to lead the parts department. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, support your team, and ensure both our customers and technicians have the parts they need to stay productive.

You'll play a vital role in driving department performance by improving processes, developing employees, building customer relationships, and helping the dealership achieve its operational and financial goals.

Purpose

The purpose of this position is to lead the Parts Department while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
