MTI is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow the Parts Department. This hands-on leadership role focuses on inventory management, customer satisfaction, team development, and departmental profitability.

The ideal candidate will drive parts sales, maximize inventory effectiveness, and deliver exceptional customer service while leading a high-performing team in a full-time onsite capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in parts operations, inventory management, dealership operations, or related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in turf, agricultural, construction, automotive, powersports, or related equipment industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, customer service, and operational performance.
• Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Parts Customer Service Representatives.
• Drive parts sales growth and achieve revenue and gross margin goals.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, accuracy, and fill-rate performance.

• Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and vendor representatives to support growth.
