Job summary

MTI seeks an experienced Parts Manager in Brooklyn Center, MN to lead and grow the Parts Department. This hands-on leadership role will drive inventory management, customer satisfaction, team development, and profitability while delivering exceptional service and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee a high-performing team, optimize fill rates, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and vendors to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in parts operations or related fields.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in turf/agricultural, construction, automotive, powersports, or related equipment industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, customer service, and operational performance.
• Proficiency with business systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Parts Customer Service Representatives.
• Drive parts sales growth and achieve revenue and gross margin goals.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, accuracy, and fill-rate performance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Monitor department KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and vendor reps to support growth and continuous improvement.
• Assist with daily parts operations and customer transactions as needed.

Position Summary
