Rexco Equipment, Inc. in Davenport, IA is seeking a seasonedBranch Manager to lead the Davenport branch, owning the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs while directing Sales, Service, Parts and Rental. You will recruit, coach, and lead a field team and manage inventory and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years related experience (a plus).
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Comfort with budgets and forecasting; Microsoft Office; business systems a plus.

Responsibilities
