Job summary

EW Grobbel is hiring a Parts Manager to oversee inventory across three facilities, ensuring timely availability of maintenance parts to maximize uptime and food-safety standards. You will procure MRO parts, maintain accurate thresholds, and log all activity in the CMMS.

Responsibilities include organizing parts, reducing excess inventory, and supporting maintenance teams to minimize downtime; familiarity with MaintainXCMMS is preferred, and a strong attention to detail is essential.

• Maintain accurate min/max levels and reorder points.
• Log and categorize parts within CMMS for easy search.

• Oversee parts inventory management across three manufacturing locations.
• Procure maintenance, repair, and operational (MRO) parts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Receive incoming parts, verify accuracy, and ensure proper labeling and identification.
• Organize and store parts in a structured, accessible, standardized manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, including min/max thresholds and reorder points.
• Utilize MaintainXCMMS to track inventory, usage, and part history.
• Ensure all parts are properly logged, categorized, and searchable within the CMMS.
• Support maintenance teams by quickly fulfilling part requests and reducing downtime.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits.
• Identify and eliminate obsolete, duplicate, or excess inventory.
• Standardize parts across facilities where possible to reduce complexity and cost.
