Job summary

No. 1 Collision (1993) Inc in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Parts Manager to join our team. This in-person role focuses on parts knowledge, excellent customer service, and coordinating between estimating, production, and wholesale accounts.

The ideal candidate will manage parts inquiries, understand warehousing best practices, build wholesale relationships, and support the estimating and production teams. Monday–Friday in-office position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts is an asset.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proficient understanding of vehicle components.
• Order and address all parts inquiries.
• Understanding of best practices regarding ordering and warehousing parts.
• Build and establish relationships with parts wholesale accounts.
• Assist/help estimating team and production staff with parts related issues.
• Coordinate parts delivery expectations.
• Locate and assist production parts for vehicles in progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
