No. 1 Collision Group is opening a new Newport Beach location and is seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join our team. The role involves reading work orders, applying refinishes, and maintaining a high production pace while delivering top-quality results for luxury collision repair.

• Experience with auto refinish and paint application.
• Ability to read work orders and prepare components for painting.

The Opportunity

If you're an experienced Paint Technician looking for an opportunity to join the New Port's luxury leading collision repair organization, we'd love to hear from you.

• Reading work orders to ensure everything is painted and ready to assemble
• Having a high drive and urgency for production
• Troubleshooting technical issues when required
• Taking direction and coaching from the production and general manager
• Other duties as assigned

• Painters ticked required
• Technical understanding of proper refinish techniques and procedures
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to confirm body is acceptable
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Working knowledge of computers
