Job summary

All Star Chevrolet in Baton Rouge, LA, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Parts Manager to lead our growing parts department. You will oversee a high-volume operation, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while coordinating with sales and service teams.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Saturday, competitive pay up to $100K a year plus benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of High-volume dealership, Parts Manager experience.
• Excellent Leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing team.
• Strong Inventory Management experience and knowledge of Inventory Control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the parts counter team and ensure top customer service standards.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to optimize parts flow and outcomes.
• Drive closing opportunities and maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy in inventory.
