Job summary

Sharp Packaging Solutions, part of UDG Healthcare plc, is seeking a Parts and Service Coordinator to manage spare parts inventory and coordinate external service contractors for maintenance on customer owned equipment.

The role includes developing annual inventory audits, interfacing with OEMs, managing budgets and reporting, and ensuring timely parts replenishment and maintenance scheduling in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in MS Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spare parts inventory and replenishment.
• Interface with OEMs and service coordinators.
• Develop and monitor annual inventory audits and parts lists.
• Prepare and present parts budgets and reporting for finance.
• Schedule preventative and emergency maintenance with outside contractors.
• Support mechanics and electricians with parts and troubleshooting.
