Sharp Services, LLC in Allentown, PA is seeking a Parts and Service Coordinator to coordinate outside contractors for customer-owned equipment, manage spare parts inventory, and develop annual inventory audits.

The role requires five years related experience, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to interface with OEMs and finance groups, with a focus on budget management and timely replenishment.

Qualifications

• Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in inventory management is a plus.
• Must be fluent in MS Office including Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development of the spare parts inventory management system.
• Manage inventory levels based on part usage needs.
• Reorder and replenish parts when inventory reaches reorder point; interface with equipment OEMs.
• Manage customer parts and maintenance budgets and provide parts order summaries to internal and external finance groups for billing.
• Coordinate with outside service coordinators to schedule recurring preventative and emergency maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventative and on-demand maintenance activities within the business unit through the digital maintenance documentation system.
• Capable of self-motivation, working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced production environment.
