You will log orders, work with purchasing, and communicate timelines clearly while upholding high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required or preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Clear, positive communication with peers, managers, and customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel; experience with AS400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory controls in office and warehouse.
• Take and log parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
• Review orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available.
• Verify quantities and correct parts pulled in systems.
• Package and ship parts to customers within required time frame.
• Document and process orders; file paperwork regularly.
• Coordinate with dealer, homeowner, and transportation for timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers to set and meet delivery expectations.
• Develop and reevaluate processes to improve customer experience.
