Clayton is recruiting for a Parts Acquisition Specialist to facilitate pulling service parts and process orders with integrity. You will develop knowledge of each part and communicate requests effectively.

The role emphasizes inventory control, accurate order processing, and timely delivery while collaborating with dealers, homeowners, and transportation providers to support a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher preferred.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Clear, positive communication with peers, managers and customers.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of job-related policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
• Take and log parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
• Review orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
• Verify quantities and correct parts pulled in systems.
• Package and ship parts to customers within 7 days.
• Document and process orders for shipment.
• Coordinate with dealer, homeowner and transportation for timely delivery.
• File paperwork regularly.
• Communicate positively with customers to set delivery expectations.
• Follow up until claim is resolved.
• Create processes to improve customer experience and reevaluate as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
