Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher preferred.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of job-related policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
• Take and log parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
• Review parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
• Review orders to ensure quantities are correct and correct parts were pulled.
• Package and ship parts to customers within required time frame.
• Document and process orders.
• Coordinate with dealer, homeowner, and transportation services for timely delivery.
• File paperwork regularly.
• Communicate delivery expectations with customers.
• Follow up internally and externally until claims are resolved.
• Create processes to improve the customer experience and reevaluate as needed.
