CNH Industrial in Wisconsin seeks a Parts Lifecycle Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of parts from sourcing and inventory through end-of-life, optimizing inventory levels and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability, review obsolescence, track lifecycle metrics, and drive strategies to reduce waste and support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in parts management, inventory control or supply chain operations.
• High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in parts management or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of parts, sourcing to disposal per policy.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain to ensure availability and optimize inventory.
• Review inventory to identify obsolete or slow-moving parts and decide disposal, reallocation, or reuse.
• Monitor lifecycle performance and track metrics to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards throughout lifecycle.
• Support strategies for parts supply, storage, and end-of-life management aligned with business goals.
