Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Service Parts Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI to manage parts lifecycle and support cross-functional teams. The role ensures the right parts are available in the right place at the right time and cost, across global operations.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and Manufacturing, maintain accurate service part data, and drive inventory and KPI reporting. This position is based on-site with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar area.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support service part project leaders in developing and reviewing service parts lists to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
• Coordinate with global sourcing and manufacturing to create service part quotes and pricing for internal partners and customers.
• Ensure service part master data accuracy and complete item records.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Management to have parts in stock for product launches.
• Identify and report on service parts performance and KPI metrics.
• Perform analyses and generate reports to support service parts activities.
• Assist with inventory analyses and service-improvement initiatives.
