Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Service Parts Coordinator to manage service parts throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring availability for launches and optimal costs. You will partner with engineering, quality, product marketing, and global teams to forecast, price, and maintain accurate part data.

Role requires 1–3 years in product service or supply chain, strong organization, and MS Office proficiency; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar area.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in product service, product development or management, supply chain, continuous improvement, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to react quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Part Project Leaders in developing and reviewing Service Parts Lists.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Product Marketing for forecasts and buy quantities.
• Create and update service part quotes and pricing for internal partners and customers.
• Ensure service part item master data accuracy with Master Data Team.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to have service parts in stock for launches.
• Review product changes with Engineering and update related service parts data.
• Engage in project reviews and support quality initiatives and RCCM activities.
• Assist service hubs and branches with inventory analyses and improvement initiatives.
• Lead excess and obsolete strategies and reporting for service parts.
