Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Aftermarket Inventory Strategy Analyst to partner with dealers and internal teams to optimize inventory, improve service parts availability, and drive performance. You will lead data-driven initiatives, translate insights into strategic actions, and influence decisions across PSLD.

The role is based onsite in Morton, IL or Dallas, TX, with up to 10% travel, and requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and an ability to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory management, analytics, logistics, or related field.
• Advanced analytics skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence dealers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership and results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary inventory management advisor for Caterpillar dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Design and implement inventory optimization strategies balancing service levels and costs.
• Lead complex inventory improvement initiatives from analysis to execution.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct executive reviews and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities.
