Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in parts, warehouse, inventory, distribution, customer service, or related environment preferred.
• Experience supporting industrial equipment, forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or material handling operations preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately stock and organize inventory within warehouse and parts room locations.
• Process customer and technician parts requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Pull, stage, package, and distribute parts needed for service work orders and customer requests.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, receiving documentation, inventory records, and related transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventories.
• Assist with shipping, packaging, and delivery of parts and materials as needed.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
• Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
