Rumpke Waste & Recycling is hiring an Inventory Specialist to ensure parts availability for the maintenance team and manage stock levels across locations. You will maintain records in a computerized system, process purchases, and support efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of office experience, familiarity with parts manuals, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed, in a fast-paced waste and recycling environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to learn and apply inventory-related best practices.
• Comfort using parts manuals and build sheets to locate parts.

Responsabilités

• Issue necessary replacement parts to mechanics.
• Receive and unpack parts, verify shipment accuracy (part numbers, quantities, pricing).
• Receive, tag, stock, and disburse parts to technicians or locations per policy.
