Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Parts Inventory Clerk to join our Parts team in Phoenix. The role focuses on compiling records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Key duties include conducting counts, updating reports, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with the Parts Inventory Control Manager. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical inventory counts in house and off site.
• Enters data to reports to measure inventory accuracy.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies by auditing receipts and transfers.
• Processes stock transfers as needed.
• Removes dead stock per policy and disposes excess stock.
• Assists with maintaining accurate stock levels across locations.
