Raymond West is seeking a diligent Parts Inventory Clerk to join our Parts team in Phoenix. You will compile records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, and you’ll support inventory accuracy across multiple locations.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with Microsoft Office and inventory systems. Standard hours are weekdays with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsabilités

• Complete physical inventory counts in house and off site according to RW yearly count schedules.
• Enter data to reports for the Parts Inventory Control Manager & Branch Parts Manager.
• Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies by auditing receipts, stock transfers, and adjustments.
• Process stock transfers as needed.
• Remove dead stock per policy and review reports to dispose excess stock.
• Adjust minimum and maximum levels as directed.
• Audit locations for accuracy and relocate parts for efficiency.
• Ensure stock levels for service vans, tech lockers, and consignments are correct.
• Create reports with IT to maintain accurate inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
