Job summary

Estes Express in Kentucky is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support parts management for maintenance operations. You will perform parts inventory, place orders, and handle related paperwork, building a reliable replenishment chain.

You may lift up to 70 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and work independently or in a team. You will coordinate with management, mechanics, vendors, and Corporate Fleet Services to ensure accurate counts and timely replenishment, with regular attendance and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• Inventory/Parts and/or Trucking experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
• Good computer/keying skills.
• Good math skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• International parts experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
• Must comply with company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Must interact well with others.
• Must work independently or in a team.
• Must meet deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs parts inventory as scheduled.
• Orders parts as needed.
• Completes related paperwork and computer entry.
• Picks up parts from vendors in company vehicle.
• Maintains accurate parts count.
• Keys and review all invoices.
• Keys repair orders.
• Maintains relationships with management, mechanics, vendors, and Corporate Fleet Services department.
• Regular attendance is required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
