Job summary

McClung-Logan Equipment Company is seeking a Parts Specialist to assist customers at the front counter, process parts orders, and support the service department. The role involves locating parts in catalogs and systems, handling shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

A forklift experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required. The position is non-exempt and requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, with potential outdoor work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school preferred.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Must pass certifications for MSHA, forklift, First Aid/CPR, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the front counter and answer incoming calls.
• Process parts orders and locate parts using catalogs and internal records.
• Coordinate with Product Support Representatives on parts orders.
• Handle customer complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
• Load/unload materials and move items within the warehouse.
• Verify shipments against bills, prepare items for shipment.
• Enter parts orders into the system and manage back-ordered parts.
