Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage ordering, receiving, stocking and issuing parts for our shop and service teams. You will enter parts on work orders, validate quantities and pricing, and support vendors to locate needed items.

This role supports efficient operations and accurate inventory across the shop floor. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a Parts Department, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a Parts Department.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized inventory software and ordering systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts needed to complete repairs.
• Enter all parts on work orders.
• Receive parts and log them into the system.
• Prepare parts pricing quotes for service personnel.
• Respond quickly to part requests from shop staff.
• Maintain stock levels and distribute parts to shop.
• Assist in payables for parts and ensure daily turnover.
• Identify process improvements in the Parts Department.
• Maintain accurate records for purchased/returned parts.
