Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions, take sales orders via phone and email
• Promptly fill parts requests for technicians
• Responsible for ordering parts, maintaining stock, searching information in catalogs and on computer databases, and handling payments
• Heavy lifting and physical exertion required at times

Qualifications

• Dealership and CDK/ADP experience preferred
• Must be able to explain technical information to the general public
• Needs to have a good eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of auto parts and experience in an automotive repair or related business environment is preferred, but we will train the right person
• Must be available to work some Saturdays
• Must Have Clean Driving Record
• A stable work history and excellent references are needed
