Job summary

Seacoast Power Equipment is seeking a Parts Associate to support customers and the service team with parts lookup, ordering, receiving, and inventory management. You will be the primary point of contact in person and over the phone for parts-related inquiries and service requests.

The role involves parts calls, purchase orders, receiving for parts, parts kitting, and managing backorders, with cross-training across service operations to ensure timely delivery and invoicing support.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task across parts lookup, ordering and inventory.
• Team-player able to work with service and customer teams.
• Mechanical and electrical experience related to power equipment parts.
• Experience performing parts lookup, ordering and receiving.
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Parts lookup and ordering for customers and service team.
• Handle purchases orders and receiving for parts.
• Parts kitting and inventory management.
• Communicate with customers about parts needs and status.
• Manage backorders and follow up on service requests.
• Cross-train with service drop-offs, invoicing and truck scheduling.
