Job summary

MGB Manufacturing, LLC is a Wilks Brothers company. The Parts Clerk role supports daily operations of the parts department by receiving, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of parts and inventory to ensure availability for production and maintenance.

You will enter data into the inventory system, assist with cycle counts, prep purchase orders, and coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts, verify quantities and part numbers, inspect for damage, and document items.
• Organize and maintain parts inventory in designated locations with proper labeling.
• Issue parts to production, maintenance, and other departments and keep accurate records.
