Job summary

Honda World Louisville is seeking an inventory control manager/ shipping & receiving clerk to support our booming parts business and provide customers with exceptional experiences. The role suits a fast-paced, professional environment and offers opportunities to grow within the parts department.

Responsibilities include receiving and sending shipments, verifying invoices, maintaining organized storage, and ensuring accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to use parts department computer systems.
• Good communication skills and detail orientation.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive & send shipments; verify against invoices and records.
• Keep bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and labeled.
• Maintain receiving/shipping records and returns logs.
• Unpack shipments, reject damaged items, and report shortages.
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications; manage shipping supplies.
