Job summary

Lee’s Summit Honda is hiring for a Shipping & Receiving role in the Parts Department. You will manage the movement of parts into and out of the department, support counter and service, and ensure accurate processing of customer and wholesale orders.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record (if driving is required).
• Ability to lift and safely handle automotive parts and packages.
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read part numbers and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily Honda, aftermarket, wholesale, and other parts shipments.
• Verify incoming parts against packing slips, invoices, and PO's.
• Inspect shipments for shortages, overages, incorrect parts, and damage.
• Properly receipt parts into the dealership management system.
• Label and route special-order parts to correct customer, repair order, technician, or wholesale account.
• Stock inventory in correct bin locations and maintain counts.
• Prepare outgoing parts and packages accurately and securely.
• Process returns and warranty/cores as needed.
• Support wholesale operations using specified systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
