Job summary

Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Full Time Parts Manager to supervise warehouse, front counter, back counter, delivery drivers and administrative staff, ensuring efficient parts flow and excellent service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have parts sales experience, a proven ability to lead a team, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; CDL A is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Parts sales experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop department staff members.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse, front counter, back counter, delivery drivers and administrative support personnel.
• Promote and grow sales to meet or exceed company goals.
• Maintain adequate parts inventory levels and comply with turnover guidelines.
• Review and approve customer credits; ensure parts and cores are returned to vendors.
