Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department.
• Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Maintain inventory aligned with department needs.
• Create pricing guidelines for customer categories.
• Monitor inventory for accuracy and proper tagging.
• Supervise stock order procedures.
• Collaborate with the service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts.
• Provide technical assistance when necessary.
• Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce safety requirements and maintain a professional appearance.
• Create annual budgets and plans to ensure department profitability.
• Implement department efficiencies.
