Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA seeks an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor who ensures parts receipts, pricing accuracy, and orderly stock. You will process shipments, reconcile receiving checklists, prepare parts for sale, and track orders with vendors.

Ideal candidates have strong math and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, reliability, and a high school diploma or technical training. This full-time role offers health benefits and room for growth within our network.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance.
• High School Diploma, College, or technical training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices from OEM to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
• Other duties, as assigned.
