Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Parts Coordinator at our Houston location to manage parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, and inventory reconciliation. The role processes POs and supplier invoices while ensuring correct parts from the right vendors and maintaining stock levels to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year or more in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions required.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary designee for conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
• Processing of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
• Ensure Parts Received are properly recorded into inventory.
• Overseeing parts obsolescence.
• Shipping warranty and parts return to vendors.
• Parts room organization and cleanliness.
